how to fix social status if known as autist loser

is there anyway i can rebrand myself if i'm known as a loser autist at school? not a quiet weirdo but one who is constantly talking because i don't know when to stfu. anyway to fix my social ranking or am i cooked and gotta wait for college to pretend to be NT
