anyone know how to fix a sphenoid tilt?
it's not too big but my right gonial angle is better than my left which is what im trying to fix and i am still in puberty
it really bothers me, i wanna fix this asap, hopefully before summer

You can correct facial assymmetry part for part, generally you will need to get DJS, infraorbital malar and jaw angle implants and canthoplasty

can't do it naturally? if i have this asymmetry through whatever i did there should be a natural way to fix it which would take the same amount of time as it did for me to even have this asymmetry in the first place

fix neck posture, sleep straight on back (it won't magically solve the tilt but it'll instead make your posture even better) and do hard chewing on the weaker side (mistral gums for example) but don't chew at one side all the time. Also chew lot more (in amount, for example if you chewed a meat only 15 times average do 30 to 40 from now on) and rep me (this is the most efficient way lol :lul: but thanks for the rep if you really do, have a nice day) :feelsautistic:

thanks, i already do the first and second one, and i will say that it did actually improve from doing them. the chewing one i tried back in summer of 2025 and i didn't see much results but i will be sure to try it again. it is literally just nanometers of bone that i have more on my right side than my left, but the maxilla is more tilted to the right than to the left

hard chewing can also make you more bloated if you're unlucky so maybe that's why you hadn't seen any improvements back in the days, but it worths a new try definitely, good luck g and keep ascending :feelsautistic:

No bro i am sorry but asymmetry starts in the womb due to trauma even if small your bones are super malleable at that point, from there it only worsens and becomes more noticeable as you grow, sleeping on one side for example does not cause it, your bone tilting is fixed by now so better get to saving money to get those surgeries done, i have the same problem btw

I had a very symmetrical face till 7th grade(I was newly entering puberty) but I got hit on the face and my face started to become asymmetrical and now it’s very asymmetrical how does that happen

im bonesmashing to fix it and yeah it actually works as well as massaging my palate evenly on both sides a bit more on my left to even things out. id recommend that and yeah bonesmash the smaller side

i dont know much about looksmaxxing personally but i’ve heard and been told that bone smashing does work, let alone that, it doesnt even correlate with asymmetricality. All bonesmashing would really do is cause temporary inflammation in the area it would be “smashed” at. It can also cause permanent fibrotic tissue formation. From personal knowledge (do your own research) all you should be doing that is not just cope is correct tongue posture, masseter releases, posture, and sleeping on back. Anything else jfl.
