How to fix sticky curls ?

My curls are always sticky togehther and dry and there are not clean wheb there are wet . Back then they were should i use deep cleaning to wash the producrs off ? But nothing works

Buy a wide tooth comb, detangle them when wet once every week and put curl cream and moisturizer then scrunch
