How to fix subhuman lips

I have the biggest lips out my family. I think they’re bloated cuz everyday I peel the skin off my bottom lip and a lot of the time I do it til it bleeds.

My upper to lower lip ratio is really bad. I think it’s a 1:2.5-3 or smth. My bottom lip is actually really massive. Is it possible to soft maxx this or do I need lip reduction surgery?

Yea no shit but its a bad falio. I’m already working on the rest and seeing what I can do until I need to resort to surgery and implants.

yo man do u think you can take a look about the most recent thread i made about my lips you previously replied to another thread of mine about my lips and the issue was teeth just wondering if the same thing would apply with this specific problem

It could be the teeth, for me my lips were shit, because I had a crazy under bite and recession. After 3 years of implementing tongue and mouth posture it got better. (it's still shit tho, but better) They looked like lizard lips before and now they look normal. I wanna use volufiline just to make them fuller.
