How to fix such an issue where on side of the face is bigger and less sharp

How do I fix this issue my left side of my face is swollen all the time and my left eye is droopy and my whole left side is significantly bigger than my right side my right side is also more defined and more harmonious my left side throws off my whole harmony and I got like excess fat on my left side and before someone types it’s because of the sun it’s not it’s always like that no matter the light how can I fix that

js drink more water, ur gonna debloat, chewing on both sides wont change the structure of ur jaw
