How to fix sun-induced blister scarring

Back in early Jan I got very burnt, ended up blistering on my back and arms.

Fast forward to now, they have obviously healed but scarred/discoloured; has anyone had something like this before, that they fixed proactivley?

I was fine until the last day of my week-long holiday down the peninsula (12+ UV ED), made the idiotic mistake of thinking I was tan enough to tank the sun without any protection
