how to fix teeth crowding

-lower jaw : 1 teeth slightly but visibly out of space (central incisor on my right hand)
-upper jaw : 1 teeth out of space ,maybe it can be called visibly ig mildly (second premolars on my left hand)

should i get upper palate expander because i have narrow lips maybe it will help with even more things
also i don't know if i have overjet or lips protrusion,but if i do is there any other way than extracting my premolars?

I'm telling you, I can't tell without photos. All these things are quite subjective. I only need photos of the upper arch, lower arch, and side bite. You can censor everything else except the teeth. just dm me
