It's not even a flaw its just a feature of your face. Maybe you have no allergies but you have non-allergic=vasomotory rhinitis/conjunctivitis? The allergenes can also be strong perfumes and heat not only dust and pollen. Our immunitary system is complex and really a looksminner and healthminner sometimes
