i got nice green eyes but i have a negative canthal tilt which fucks up everything , any tips on how to make them higher without surgery?

looks fine, rest of ur general eye area doesn’t look bad so it’s not a failo, NCT is a meme it doesn’t matter much as long the rest of ur eye area is good.
ur way too young to worry about this shit, just get the basics down, ur face will keep changing well into ur 20s, including ur eye area
