How to fix the "flaw" of round eyes and a wide nose.

How can I reduce swelling in my nose and improve its width? And, most importantly, how can I increase my eye's horizontal length (which is quite short)? My eyes are very round, and combined with recessed infraorbital rims, this causes my lower eyelid to have a very rounded shape.

For the nose you can do botox, but realistically you probably going to need rhinoplasy. For the PFL there isn't much that you can do, you can do canthoplasty but I don't recommend it, because almost every result looks uncanny

I might have to resort to rhinoplasty, but it doesn't fit my budget right now... maybe in the next 2 to 3 years it'll be possible.
