HOW TO FIX THE POSITION OF THE JAW, IT IS SLIGHTLY BEHIND BECAUSE OF THE OVERBITE

I am getting braces and doing dentist treatment for it, I was wondering if there is anything I might do to either fasten this process or help it. Also wondering about smile, how does it unfold after the braces and how does it look, is it even worth it, looking for a feedback from someone who had it or experienced in that topic. My mandible is good, it is just set back. THANKS!

I am wearing rubber bands too, so it will move my lower jaw forward, also bite blockers that will not let it go back in future will be put on too, I am asking is there anytihng else I can do to get a quicker and a better result

it is in a wrong position, because of a wrong bite, I can forcefully(not jutting) just push it forward and it will look great, but when i bite food or anything it just goes back

No you can't speed up the process. The rubber bands are typically for when you go to sleep as to not allow your jaw to move back, it doesn't un-recess you.

I got damon braces, bite block on my bottom back teeth and I am wearing elastics, I have notices big improvement in my narrow mouth, my position of lips started getting from sunced in to the normal forward popping position, I can already see pretty good E line, smile got better, I have also noticed some growth in my cheeckbones, but i just think it is not related, I have recently turned 18 and I am assuming it is due to that, position of my jaw is imporving, getting more forward and bite blocks help me with my ccw rotation, since they adjust the bite.

Also, I had not enough space in my mouth for my wisdom teeth to be able to fully develop, now 4 month into treatment I have noticed that there is more room for them, not to fully develop yet but it is a huge improvement. damon braces literally do wonders.

I meant because of my very deep overbite my mandible adjusted to the very set back position due to a teeth alignement, if I jut it to the right place slightly behind the front teeth i have great growth, maybe a slight recession, in the chin due to that, similar to elias de poot only flaw.
