pale isn't exactly a failo. For under eye bags, make sure to get good sleep and use eye cream and for the dry lips, just stay hydrated and use chapstick. Wish you luck brother.

Pale can be good. If you have light eyes, pale skin and dark hair will make them pop. If you have dark eyes, light hair and pale skin make them pop. Also paleness will make your lips look redder. Pale is good!

it can be, but it all really depends on the person you're asking. I don't see a problem with it, but if you want to fix it. You can tan yourself. There are multiple ways to do such.

doesn't suit everyone because it could make you look unhealthy
