How to fix Thin upper lip corners

Idk what I can do besides surgery or other things like that, but I want to try to fix it myself since it bothers me a lot.

Keep in mind that when my face is relaxed I usually have this mad/sad lips positioning

Pretty sure it will make me look worse since I have a long philtrum too, but nose won’t get smaller I’ve already been on iso
