How to fix this Atrocious Bite/Jaw and why is life so unfair

I’ve been insecure about my smile for a while, so I finally got a front CT scan to see what’s going on. I’m not sure if it’s tooth alignment, jaw structure, or something else, but it’s definitely affecting my appearance. I’d really appreciate honest feedback and advice braces, surgery, or other options.

• ADHD, dyscalculia, low self‑esteem
