One option is midface implants but the problem is there are a lot of drawbacks. With implants you cannot advance your dental arches. This means your philtrum and your chin fold will remain recessed.

Ur airways also remain the same so u will still have sleep apnea and breathing issues. Implants can mask the recession but they can't fix it. They are also quite expensive. Upwards of 20K. Modified lefort 2 would be the best option for you imo

High cut lefort 1 wouldn't suffice, you would still need midface implants. The lefort surgery in this case would only reduce the implant material which is pointless imo. Might aswell get MLF2 if you are considering high cut lefort.

MLF2 don't but paranasal area forward isn't it?
