I am lean around healthy weight range but my belly stick out chest fat and jawline soft why and my feet look skinny as heck skill type how can I fix this

if you’re in puberty, dont go on a cut. You’re only 56 kg and have visceral fat so its kinda hard to recommend you anything tbh. I would say just stay in a caloric maintenance for a couple months and then bump up the calories and get that weight up. If you want to lose that fat while gaining weight, you’ll need not only to pick up the fork but also start a cycle.I am 5'4 weight 56kg
