I use to have Greasy hair and a bunch of dandruff
I tried all the medicaded sampoo and washing daily to 2x daily
I did not get any good results intel i cut back on washing and {I COMPLETLY CLEANED UP MY DIET}
diet was key to me personally especially cuttingout SODA i was a SUGARcell
