Get these rashes every time after shaving.
I use a Phillips Norelco and disinfect blade after every use, i got these when i used traditional razors too, though.
I shave daily after i cleanse, exfoliate and moisteurize my face, and i use aftershave.
It doesnt really make a difference what i do the rash remains.
