My orthodontist says I need to remove 4 premolars and push my teeth back. My chin muscle gets tense because of my bite. I've attached a photo of a Russian singer who has the same problem

you arent going to get a proper solution to this on org. you have to contact an actual surgeon
I have a normal jaw and chin. It's just a terrible bite. I've been in contact and they're talking about tooth extraction

Literally all the people on the org say that it will ruin your face

Maybe I should get my wisdom teeth removed instead of my premolars?
normally that would be their first choice no? i dont see why they wouldnt remove the wisdom teeth to fix your bite

I asked a turkish orthodontist on tiktok and he said it's better to remove the premolars. But what's the point if I still need to remove my wisdom teeth later? I'll be fucking toothless

This looks like a classic case of a recessed mandible and/or downward jaw growth; has your orthodontist talked to you about that? This likely requires jaw surgery to fix, unfortunately.

I'm a similar case, and I'm getting both lower pre-molars removed and braces in prep for double jaw surgery.

Can I see ur teeth and palate

The problem is that my teeth are bigger than average. They push my lips forward, causing my chin muscle to tense. I have a normal chin when I smile

I want to expand the palate, IPR, remove the wisdom teeth, and push all the teeth back. This will remove the protruding mouth
