How to fix this shit without removing any teeth?

My orthodontist says I need to remove 4 premolars and push my teeth back. My chin muscle gets tense because of my bite. I've attached a photo of a Russian singer who has the same problem

I have a normal jaw and chin. It's just a terrible bite. I've been in contact and they're talking about tooth extraction

normally that would be their first choice no? i dont see why they wouldnt remove the wisdom teeth to fix your bite

I asked a turkish orthodontist on tiktok and he said it's better to remove the premolars. But what's the point if I still need to remove my wisdom teeth later? I'll be fucking toothless
