2How should I fix it?

Will tretinoin and diet change be sufficient or do I need iso-tretinoin/accutane or something else

Either of those would dry the shit out of my skin, so I should probably use a heavy moisturizer

I somehow managed to have a social life and get an LTR, so I can be patient


Also how do I prevent acme scars

accutine, be patient for results, once active acne is gone might take about 1-2 months then micro needling and Vitamin C be gentle with your skin rn and remove all sugar from diet only fruits good luck bro God will get you through it

change your diet in the first place if you see very little to no results which is very unlikely you can start taking accutane or tret
