How to fix this under eye? (PLEASE HELP)

How do I fix this? Looks like thin skin and it gets much worse if I sleep badly.

I went to a clinic and they said they don’t reccomend under eye filler due to risks but they said under eye PRP filler could be a good option bc they inject blood cells under the eyes to stimulate collagen production and since I’m young they said it could be good but I felt it was a scam so I didn’t go through with it.

Should I do PRP filler or what else can help?

Try volufiline every night before bed (eat in a calorie surplus as well) and also use caffeine under eye serum every morning. Your under eyes are not bad at all so this should work.
