How to fix this under my jaw

Under my jaw I just figured out it might be fat but it’s asymmetrical but I was curious on how to fix and what could be the problem as well as what it is.

I've never seen this before, I think just do exercises that elevate your hyoid would help. But I wouldn't worry about this too much, it's a negligible issue
