Concealer can look amazing if you just have a slight fat issue. If your fat issue is too big, your poor infras will reek through the concealer

maybe, i mean, im just biased; but i dont see fat being the issue alot, i mean even me, i got saddled infras, but well, im just a anecdotal case, i tend to not suggest fat grafts first because i see more bone issues than fat most of the time
