How to fix tmj

I Think I got tmj because everytime I open my jaw it clicks or do a weird sound like something stiff being pulled. It doesn’t hurt or anything but is there any solution for it?

Yeah my masseters started to ache from mewing. The biggest difference and why it usually happens is you probably applied pressure where as it’s supposed to be a suction. Try getting spit on your tounge and swallow it with just your throat holding your tounge in the mewing position. You should feel it suction.
