How to fix TMJ

guys how can i fix tmj? my right jaw cracks a lot, like a lot, i wake up during the night few times, and just overall my jaw hurts. what can i do to fix this?

It's impossible. There is a surgery for it but it has low success rate

have you tried massaging your jaw? your forehead, your lymph nodes, stretching your traps, stretching the levator scapula? do some head twists, release the tension in your face. play around with jaw positions

There is a point where the joint is completely destroyed and unfixable

It actually went away, turns out it was just jaw popping and pain, maybe it was just growing? Idk i feel like im coping but i havent felt any pain or popping recently + my gonions started flaring out more after they were kinda neutral, so maybe that explains why

you should see what is causing that, if its from muscle, if from joint if its with or without reduction, some cases fix with time if you stop doing what causes that
