I have notable asymmetry in my lower third, I have concluded it is from tmjd, my right tmj slips out of position when I move my jaw, and it has begun to sit naturally on the left side. Also led to my eyes being uneven and generally everything on my right being off set or tilting left. When I open my jaw, it biases left also. Not simply a structural issue but it seems it can be fixed.

try working with the sphenoid bone, I’m not sure it will help, but it’s worth a try, at least my jaw also shifted to the side when closing, but after working with it the problem went away

How long did it take to work for you?

after the first time but my situation was better than you described
I think my jaw will have to relearn its natural position, I guess either by messaging it in place or by repetition of jaw placement. Been like that for years tho just now realized its fixable
