How to fix ts type of acne?

what is niacinamide for? i’m new to pharmacology can you pls explain? i guess some type of retinol creams might help or those are really hormonal

Fixes redness, and evens skintone

Not to get rid of it but you can def hide it with some tinted sunscreen, bb cream, or foundation
