Who started the propaganda that orbicularis oculi training and temporalis weakening doesn't help your eye area.
Logically that doesnt even make sense, if that were the case why would people who get temporalis Botox for wrinkles consistently appear to have lower set eyebrows.
(Relaxed in both pictures btw)
And why do people who work outdoors and especially in more tropical, sunny areas (farmers, construction, etc.) aka people who are more likely to squint often tend to have a more he hooded eye look. (ofc I can't speak for all people like that and acknowledge the possible influence of genetics, but it is a correlation and mechanistically logical)
Both of these mechanisms can help lower your upper eyelid exposure as well as making your eyebrows appear lower set and make your orbitals appear more compact.
