how to fix ugly ass narrow and downturned lips

dude can anyone help me? my lips are the ugliest thing ever, they are downturned narrow and the upper lip is more to the front than the under lip.. how the fuck do i fix this im genuinly miserable

How is your bite? Is it misaligned somehow cuz that fill fk up your lips

if you are not already lean decreasing bodyfat % will help with this

excess cheek fat can pull down mouth corners
can also compress/obscure the corners of mouth

i cant really see my weight right now since my parents took it away but im around 60 to 65 kilos and im 182 cm and 15 years old. do i have to lose allot of weight? most of it is in my legs though

Your bodyfat % probably isn't the issue then. Your mouth is just narrow.
