how to fix undereyes(REPOST)

my under eyes are bad, can someoen educate me on how to fix them?, some guy told me to bs it and some guy told me to not bs it because it could make me blind, i tried but it felt squeaky and i didnt feel good so i stop, any alternatives or is the guy just fear mongering. Most likely due to recessed infras sadly not much can be done without surgery i have the same issue. if this is issue than makeup and reducing dark pigment is only thing you can really do

another issue can be facial fat distribution on ur face causing ur undereyes to appear more hollow so if you got some fat malar pads than use fat dissolver to vaporize the fat there to make your undereyes appear less hollow but know as u age itll look like shit
