How to fix uneven cupids brow?

Like one part of the cupids brow being higher than the other, making philtrum not straight, but wonky.

Could lip filler work?

I can only do filler for all i can afford

Would that still fix the uneven height if my cupods brow still?
Oh yes, absolutely, if that's all you can afford it's a nice temporary fix, but obviously you're going to have to give it touch-ups constantly, it's just not worth the money in the long run, there's also the risk of migration, but that's a whole different issue.

If you can only afford the initial filler and the yearly touch-ups then go for it, but I doubt it's cost-effective in the long-term.
I'd do fat grafting instead. Filler tan move around and isn't as stable, plus it's temporary on top of it too

Sorry I mean uneven height of my cupids brow, would it be fixed with lip filler?

It depends what do you mean by height, if it's vertical height where one side is lower than the other, as shown below, then yeah.
