how to fix uneven eye area?

so yeah how do i fix them, ive asked ppl irl and its either they cant tell until i point it out and even then they can barely or they cant see it all even when i point it out.

is there any way to perma fix this? any softmaxxes cuz im under 18? if i squintmaxx in one eye slightly its mainly fixed.
