how to fix uneven eyes and what are my other flaws

right eye is very droopy compared to left bcs ive had a cross eye my entire life only time it looks normal is with glasses or contacts in but still noticeably different. and using an eyelash curler on my right eye gives much worse results than on my left so im wondering if theres any way to fix this and any other flaws i might have
