how to fix uneven eyes????

i’ve been trying to look better and ik most of it’s is losing weight which i have been doing for 6 months now, but i always feel like my face is uneven which is starting to fix now. even so my eyes are still uneven and when i use the inverted filter i look like a crack head and can’t believe that’s how’s ppl really see me. so is there anyway i can fix this
