HOW TO FIX UNEVEN FACIAL COLORING

Parents forced me to go to shithole country a few years ago and I was young and was outside everyday in the 80-100 degree weather everyday for 3 months and ever since then my coloring has been fucked is there a way to fix it especially my forehead is shades darker than the rest of my face. Not sure if kojic acid would help any help appreciated

Topical vitamin C or azelaic acid

Kojic acid would probably help but i haven’t tried it so idk but apply sunscreen everyday and use vitamin c serum
