On my right eye My eyelid is fully covered but on my other eye you can see some eyelid, is this fixable, I've heard it has to do with being able to wink with one eye and not the other. it nerfs my symmetry, and its pretty noticable

Could be a muscular imbalance issue. Botoxing forehead might work but no photo = limited advice bhai.
Alternative ti botox would be trying ti subconsciously stop raising eyebrows when talking snd this can actually help a bit, obviously not to the same extent as botox. Go work for 2 weeks a part time shit wage job and use it to get fat graft, or work for longer and get supraorbital rim implants

This is pretty common with many people, me having this issue as well and going crazy over it during summer 2024, the conclusion i came to is that theres sm factors that come into play like this, but most stem from early developmental habits, like facial muscles, sphenoid imbalance, more blood flow on a specific side due to the vessels working better on the side. i would recommend looking at photos from your earlier years and seeing if you had an imbalance growing up, but good luck trying to figure this out, i would steer clear and just focus and maxxing out other features because this is a rough rabit hole but ive been able to somewhat fix my eyelid imbalance through out the months
