How to fix unhealthy paleness

Ik ppl say being pale is good but im the type of pale where i just look sick and unhealthy. Also makes my skin look very dull and uneven. I also have very bad eyebags so i look even more unhealthy. And not in the tim burton sexy typa way. More like the do you have a chronic illness type way

So how do i change my undertone and slightly tan. Im on accutane so cant go out in the sun. What supplements do i take
