How to fix weird chin

I was just wondering if there is any way of fixing my chin without surgery and also if possible (not as important) if there is any way to raise my chin so its in line with my jaw but im assuming id need some sort of surgery for this bit

your chin is lower because of your gonial angle.

Yeah chin lower thing was less of a worry because its so minor but it sticking out at the front is the annoying bit
