Oral health. Palette help and Underbite

I need help really bad. My mum wont allow me to get any dental care and keeps blaming it on politics when i request any sort of braces, palette expander, ect. I believe im developing an underbite and at my age by the time i get any treatment my face will be morbidly deformed and ill have no way to fix myself. I dont have the money for treatment, even though its free in my country my mum claims it isnt. I really need some sort of at home fix to this palette and underbite problem or just some sort of fix in any way. Ill attatch pictures but i need some sort of iqcell to come save me from ropemaxx
