That’s fair. I simplified some parts because it’s just a basic guide. You’re right that GLP-2 mostly works through nearby cells, and that most BPC-157 research is from animal studies. Also true that bigger increases in absorption are usually seen in people with intestinal problems, not healthy people.

Great first guide deserves more attention
 
Interesting thread but little practical application. The overwhelming majority of people who have nutrient deficiencies are deficient because they don’t eat enough of the nutrients, not because they are unable to absorb the nutrients.

I disagree with you on that because many people have celiaki which harms where the nutrients are absorbed. If someone is not eating well then this is not the first thing too try. This guide is for people with a disease or heathy people. Not some emo kid starving themself. My theory is that this could “change your metabolism”.
