Yo its zbychu here with my first guide i did a lot o reaserch for ts thread so i know what im talking bout.hope you will appriciate thre work

with softmaxes you can't really fix it but you can make it better by using products like:
vegan collagen serum-it hydrates your skin skin making your under eye area lokkin better by brightening it
retinol-it bosst your collagen production buy it from the ordinary
hyaluronic acid-it helps with dryness, fine lines, and dullness. It works by attracting and retaining moisture,
azelaic acid-it reduces bloting and reduces dark circles by inhibiting melanin production.

these are the only soft maxes that can help fix your under eye area

recesed infras can only be fixed by surgeries like:
Fat graphing
1
. Harvesting (Liposuction)

The surgeon makes small incisions and uses a thin tube to suction fat from a donor site — commonly the abdomen, thighs, or flanks. The choice of site depends on fat availability and ease of access, not on long-term survival differences

2. Processing (Purification)
The collected fat is cleaned to remove blood, oil, and fluid. Common methods include:

  • Centrifugation – spinning to separate layers
  • Filtration – passing through a sieve with saline wash
  • Decantation – letting gravity separate the fat
  • The goal is to keep viable fat cells and stem cells intact.

3. Re‑injection
The purified fat is injected in tiny droplets into the target area.Droplet size is critical: each must connect to a nearby blood vessel to survive. Surgeons inject in many small parcels rather than one large mass to improve survival and create a natural look

What Happens After Injection

Initially, the transferred fat has no blood supply. Over the first week, stem cells in the fat release signals that trigger new blood vessel formation (angiogenesis)
.

  • Fat droplets that connect to capillaries survive and become permanent tissue.
  • Those that don’t are reabsorbed by the body.Typically, 40–60% of the transferred fat remains; the rest is naturally absorbed

The second one is implants
Pre‑operative preparation

  • The surgeon confirms you are a suitable candidate and may advise avoiding blood thinners, smoking, and alcohol before surgery
  • The procedure is usually done as an outpatient surgery.
    2.Incision

  • A very small incision is made at the back of the lower eyelid (inside the eyelid margin) so there is no visible external scar

3. Implant placement

  • The implant — typically made of medical‑grade silicone (silastic) — is inserted through the incision and positioned over the bony rim under the eyelid
  • It sits just above the bone, filling the tear trough and smoothing the transition between the eyelid and cheek.

4. Closure and aftercare

  • The incision is closed, and you receive instructions for post‑op care, such as applying ice, avoiding makeup in the area for about two weeks, and limiting strenuous activity for a few days
  • Mild discomfort or reduced sensation is common; swelling and bruising typically resolve within 1–2 weeks.
