How to fix zygo bruising

So about 2 days ago I was bone smashing and I accidentally went to hard and my zygos got huge the problem is my parents are suspecting I hit myself they aren’t actually sold. I have to do something quick anyone know how I can get rid of the bruises??

hide from them till the bruising is gone and if ur scared of ur parents finding out you either do it on days where only one of them are home or both aren’t home or when they are asleep and by the time you wake up bruising should be minimal you could also make up excuses like it’s from how you sit say that you put your hands on your cheeks and sit the like that while looking at your phone if that doesn’t work or doesn’t seem like a good excuse to you say you bumped into a tree/wall/pole etc or u can just think of ur own excuse make sure its a good one cause if they find out u won’t be left alone. rep my shit
