your maxilla doesn't look recessed and it looks like you have a decent ramus (just take a picture at 3/4 to see it better) but dawg there is no magic trick to get a ramus and cheekbones, only thing you can do is get leaner and if you're still developing maximizing your growth.

train hyoid muscle to make ur side profile look better, also, u could lose some bodyfat and debloat but u look young so just focus on maxxing ur test so u can grow ur bones
