How do i fix this horrible goinal angle?? i might be wrong but i think my shit is grown downard, i been a chronic mouth breather for very long, i look like a damn monkey, all my shit are pushed back, is my shit convex?? my forehead is so pushed back. just drop a rating or give me tips, anything is fine really.

this is a severe jaw deformity that needs jaw surgery to correct. extremely recessed and downgrown

yeah looks like its caused by mouth breathing , bite misalignment and etc.
(maybe look into double jaw surgery with counterclockwise rotation)??
