My ears dont even protrude out that much at all, But the little bit it does throws off my face. How the fuck do I flatten my ears without surgery

Grow your hair out or surgery. There is a thing called otostick but its not rly a sustainable solution

otostick is temporary yeah you basically just pin it back using a little sticky thing. can be good for a party or whatever if you make sure it cant be seen but honestly just grow your hair out a bit if it really bothers you or get surgery. but imo ears dont rly matter much unless they're really bad
