How to flatten the submental region under your jaw

This is a pic of lucky blue smith and as u can see under his jaw isn’t completely flat mine is also kinda like that from some angles, is there a surgery or softmaxx I can do to flatten it besides leanmaxxing? As I am already pretty lean.

Submental liposuction is what you're looking for. Could also go for implants or filler to help your jaw appear through the fat.

I realised when I saw my CT scan it was a bimax solution.

The tongue doesn’t really fit in the mouth so it forces the hyoid lower to compensate cause that’s basically where it’s attached. If you try and mew it into position you can’t breathe.

Bimax creates extra space for the tongue and the hyoid then isn’t forced down as much.
