what type of melatonin is it? did u put it under ur tongue and let it dissolve slowly? maybe try increasing the dose and then just shut ur eyes that usually does it but then i wake up like 4 hours later

Increasing dos can fuck up you gh release and shit its dummies and yes i take Hella stimulants

the stims are the problem, take them much earlier or avoid completely

gonna get flamed for this but SSRI if its from anxiety I had this issue too, melatonin isnt gonna stop your anxiety hence why you still can't sleep. If you don't want to take a SSRI you could hypothetically take AntiHistimines since they will reduce your anxiety if you take 2-3 (Zyrtec hypothetically) and they would make you tired too on top of this reduce anxiety. all hypothetical and it is safe to take 2 (3 i wouldnt)
