You need to expose yourself to people and situations that will make you feel very uncomfortable. That's how I did it at least.

Agreeableness is no good. You gotta be a bit bold. And as for jokes made about you sometimes you gotta hit the ball back. Clown on whoever's clowning on you. And what is "insecure" anyways? What's really insecure is being so scared of being labeled as insecure that you forsake your boundaries and fail to speak up when something makes you uncomfortable.

You can't really fraud being NT so I'll just improve my looks to compensate with something good
