How to fraud chinky fox eyes?

Chinky fox eyes suit me better than my regular eye shape, I assume that if I fraud with eye lift tape it will be visible from the back as my hair is curly and doesn't really cover the string or whatever so I was wondering if there were any other methods to frauding being a chinky jfl.
